Yes. Our events are hosted completely online. On the day of your activity, everyone logs into the video conference. Your event will be run by an expert facilitator who will make sure everyone has a great time. For larger groups, we also provide a co-host to support on any technical issues that come up.
We can host an unlimited number of people in most events but some events are limited to fewer participants in a team structure.
Most of our events are 1-3 hours, and some of the more training focused ones are a little longer. The actual experience depends on your event type, but typically involves two or three of our proprietary games and activities.
No, everyone can join an online activity through the use of a web browser. However, we do recommend the use of the zoom app for a better experience.

Participants
The maximum number of participants in one online event is 1000 people. For some activities and games the group is then separated into smaller teams of up to 10 and if required put into virtual breakout rooms (max. 50 rooms).
Location & Duration
Our virtual events are conducted through your preferred online conference platform such as Zoom and MS Teams and with the use of our own in-house developed Web Apps for some activities and games which can easily be run through any internet browser. For the best experience and full functionality we recommend installing either Zoom or MS Teams and using either a desktop or laptop. Tablets and smart phones have access but contain less functionality. Upon confirmation of the event we send an email invitation with all the necessary instructions and links for participants to join.
Normally online events take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours but depending on the package you select and with the option to include additional games, you can customize your online event to take between 1 hour up to a full day.
Event Schedule Example (Silver Package 2.5 hours)
09.00 am – Welcome and ice breaking games
09.20 am – Event brief by lead facilitator
09.30 am – Main virtual activity starts
11.15 am – Teams return to central conferencing room
11.20 am – Event de-brief, awarding ceremony
11.30 am – End of the program
Facilitation
Throughout all our online events our professional and lively hosts provide your team with all the explanation, help, advice and coaching to be able to succeed.
For some activities like the Online Escape and Virtual Treasure Hunt they are there to give hints and keep track of time for other activities such as Minute To Win It and Lockdown gameshow they act as the MC who leads all the games that are included in the activity and keep track of the scoring.
In the Virtual Amazing Race we even have live challenge instructors for certain locations that demonstrate cultural activities and judge teams on their performance to move on in the race.
Briefing and debrief
The event briefing is always conducted in the main virtual conference room prior to the start of the activity and includes instructions on the basic features of the conferencing software and best practices during a virtual group activity i.e. sharing screen , turn on/off camera and mic. etc.
After some ice breaking games the lead facilitator then gives the instructions and objectives for the main activity, participants are separated into teams with their own virtual background and depending on the activity invited to their own team breakout room to start the main activity.
After the main activity breakout rooms are closed and participants rejoin the main conferencing room for the de-brief. During the de-brief shout-outs are given to top performing teams and individuals, the top three teams are announced and the winners awarded.
Briefing and de-brief usually take around 5-10 minutes each but can be extended upon request for more in-depth analysis of team performance or extended awarding ceremonies.
